aww im glad ur getting help sometimes i get the urge to hurt myself or others but when i do i always think about how i would feel if it were to happen and when i still want to hurt someone i go to my room and just right in a journal now journal that defiantly helps so for anyone who ever feels like hurting themselves or others journal it helps for sure
