No you literally need not even 10 to do so. And wtf has Germany done? We should get rid of China and and India. They have the most population and are the perfect places for disease and sickness to spread. Germany is highly advanced in medical research/science and is more advanced then America. Germany is also in the middle of Europe, therefore if we take them out it would harm other countries around them. With India and China being so big, you don’t have to worry about completely destroying a country right beside it. You would also have to worry about the nuclear fallout. So maybe nuclear weapons are a bad idea. You would be better off invading and killing off the civilians with conventional weapons instead.
