What's the point of recounting when you're recounting fraudulent ballots.

Exactly. They are going to go to the supreme court where a recount with certified ballots and poll watchers from all major parties are present. Then when they come to the dominion machines, they are going to say 'we can't tell who won due to the dominion hacks therefore congress decided'.

I believe the state legislatures decide.

They can decide by sending electors, but if a case goes to the supreme court they can also decide that congress gets to decide.

I would rather have the latter.

Either way Trump wins.
