Ok, how did a meme predict how I stay happy every day? Like come on, I didn't know anyone else shared this feeling.

I fake my smile because I don't want anyone else to know that I'm hurting and dying on the inside

Ok, I know this first started out as a I-can't-believe-other-people-feel-this-way type of post, but do you need some help? I don't mean it in a bad way it's just that when I want to be genuinely happy, I help out others on the internet who need it.
