Thinking doesn't do anything, the longer you dwell on that the sadder you will become. Trust me this comes from experience. The only way to become stronger and happy are your own actions. A clear mind also helps since it avoids bad thoughts. To get a clear mind I suggest a form of calm mediation. Think happy thoughts and talk to people it helps. If you push away the people who want to help you then the sadder you will become, no one can become stronger by themselves. So next time someone asks you if you want to talk, accept. Or stay in the dumps for an eternity. I stayed in the dumps for 4 years.
