Courts don't generate truth. They just generate an outcome. Something can be true, and said to be not-true in court.

If you're not seeking the sanction of a court of justice then WHAT IS THE F**KING POINT OF ANY OF THIS?

A court's entire job is to settle the truth of the matter for things like this. If you can't prove your claims in court, you can't prove your claims at all.

This is making the assumption here that the court is neutral and isn't filled with humans with their own lives and agendas. Some make it a point to the bench like a legislature would, others know how their bread is buttered and don't want to rock the boat.
I know I'm committing a very obvious argument fallacy here, but the events that are taking place now have a lot of moving parts in them that took a long time to get this bad. We didn't wake up one day and the entire government is filled with terrible people. I mean it's usually filled with terrible people, but it's now filled with people who are in the pockets of global interests.

You get the court that you get. We all do. Some of these judges were even appointed by the Trumpster himself so I don't know what else you're asking for to get a fairer shake in court. If you can't prove it there you got nothing, end of story.
