The Judge just overturned their own decision to destroy the voting machine hard drives. So now they can't destroy them. Same judge went don't->do->don't. Pretty sure they are all gone now. Probably destroyed or bleach bit.

There's no yet about it. Biden won the election and 40 lawsuits have been struck down so Trump can't do anything to change it.
