You got to be yourself. Everybody else is taken.
You could try refurbishing yourself. You know, get a better education, get a better job or start a business. If that seems a bit much, try a new hobby (or try a hobby). You would be surprised at the potential for meeting people with a similar interest.
But no matter what, be yourself. Prospective partners really do appreciate honesty over a false facade. Best of luck!
