Go back and look at the court rulings Republicans judges (that Trump appointed) made in various states regarding election fraud. Therein you'll find your answer,
We've yet to see whether they're even willing to hear the case. Somehow, I think not, as I'm sure they're already cognizant of the fact that 38 cases to date have already failed to produce any actual evidence of massive fraud.
