The beautiful part is that I know that YOU KNOW you are full of shit and that you are just trying to string me along as a form of outrage over being embarrassed so badly.

This must be the case you were referring to.

Trump v. New York, Case #20-366, will be heard by @Scotus on Nov. 30th. Trump wants to exclude illegal aliens from the Census.

This will not affect the 2020 election and has nothing to do with the PA dismissal.

I mean, they can ask. I could file a motion with SCOTUS; I won't get it, but there's nothing to stop me from doing that.

But the lower court ruled that the evidence was not up to standard. The middle court ruled ON TOP OF AGREEING WITH THAT that the case isn't even that specific and Rudy appears to be trying to pull some bait-and-switch in the overall argument - higher courts HATE that.

This is not going to happen. The lower court ruled that there's no merit. The middle court turned down the appeal. Chief Justice Roberts is a NOTORIOUS stickler for the rules on which appeals get picked up.

There is nothing left here. It's not going to SCOTUS. It was never going to. Biden won. He won three weeks ago.

It doesn't matter. There's no SCOTUS majority-rules vote on whether they pick an appeal up for a hearing. The appeal is either good or it isn't, and this isn't. It's not going to happen.

Look, the judge who ruled against you today in the 3rd Circuit is called Judge Bibas. He's a Trump appointee.

He favors Trump and HE said this was nonsense.

Do you see the problem yet?

“Yet its allegations are vague and conclusory,” the judge said. “It never alleges that anyone treated the Trump campaign or Trump votes worse than it treated the Biden campaign or Biden votes. And federal law does not require poll watchers or specify how they may observe. It also says nothing about curing technical state-law errors in ballots. Each of these defects is fatal.”

THAT'S A TRUMP-APPOINTED JUDGE WRITING THAT. Do you see the issue here? Do you see how you've got everything working against the outcome you want?
