The courts ruled that they didn't.

You still don't get it! Circuit courts, District courts, State Supreme Courts are NOT the ultimate deciders, especially when they're DemocRAT majority! The SCOTUS will be the ultimate decider! Remember Amy? lol

But it's not going to the Supreme Court. The appeal was denied by the middle court. That means that the district court WAS the ultimate decider of the case.

Rudy's appearance last week was the only shot this had and he blew it. SCOTUS doesn't pick up cases that were just not well done the first time around. If the court made a mistake, THAT is something that SCOTUS deals with - but they don't get involved when the lawyer was just shit.

See, you say that, and yet Biden still won. Like I've been saying for three weeks and you've been insisting isn't the case.

He may actually win...but he hasn't won yet, Skippy. The Electors don't vote until December. And thereare still challenges in the courts.
But, you are too ignorant and too pig-headed to undertand the concept.

The Electors vote as bound by the election that happened three weeks ago. Biden won that.

Trump's federal appeal was rejected today.

It's over. Has been for three weeks.

We've been through this already, fool. In some states they are NOT bound. I asked you to look it up, but, alas,...you THINK you know everything.
Why can't you just wait for the OFFICIAL results. If you're right, you're right. If you're wrong, then you're wrong.

Upwards of 99% of electors have voted as pledged in the entire history of our country. They are intentionally selected precisely to uphold their pledge, which is bound to the election that ended three weeks ago.

Just rip this bandaid off right now: ain't no miracle coming for you. Biden won.

I don't care that much about Trump or Biden, you poor angry snot...
What I care about is the process, and EVERYONE know that this election was truly fouled up and completely compromised.

You( especially YOU) and the rest of you Democrats have been squealing about "election integrity", foreign intrique, and other irregularites ever since Trump beat Hilary like a baby seal.
Now,since "your guy" won, not so much.
We put up with you for 4+ years...surely you can hold out until the Electors cast their ballots.

AND YET YOU COULDN'T PROVE IT IN COURT.

Independent researchers have been saying for decades that fraud is nowhere near as common as people like you have been saying it is. It was time to back your claims in court and it didn't happen - maybe you were full of shit the whole time and you were just trying to undermine Democrats from the start.

I'm not buying this "but it's about the process" crap. Everyone knows what this is really about. Get some evidence next time. Or don't. It doesn't really matter either way.

We have direct access to the Supreme Court now through the cinservative district Court heads.

That's not how that works.

Actually it is. You can petition the district court heads directly to see a case and they can pass it to the Supreme Court who can vote 4 or more to see it. Look it up.

If your case has standing for an appeal. Yours does not.

All cases have standing for appeal. All you need are a few signatures of lawyers or judges depending on the jurisdiction.

No they do not. You would have to hate following legal news not to know that.
