probably because the actor died and so they wanted to make a tribute episode, on the contrast Caillou is a shit show, the death of a animated animal is not comparable to the death of an actual person
well, what was the point of banning that Caillou finds a dead bird episode then when another show covered another dead bird episode and yet got away scott-free?
THIS EPISODE OF CAILLOU WAS BANNED ON PBS BECAUSE OF THE TOPIC OF DEATH... AND YET PBS HAD NO PROBLEM AIRING THE EPISODE OF SESAME STREET WHERE MR. HOOPER DIED; THIS JUST SHOWS THAT PBS IS A BIG HYPOCRITE!
