I Saw it in the youtube comment section a while ago when an anti-vax vid got reccomended for some reason

It was a message from a friend so I don’t know where they got it

also I happen to have Aspergers and had to have several years of therapy to be able to communicate coherently and I can tell you it's something you don't "catch", but it is hereditary.
