Can't prevent bullying, unfortunately. I agree that it is too long, especially in this day and age.

Long days and lost of homework, let's shorten both a bit

But how will you learn without 6 hours of mindless homework to do? Oh, by the way, be sure to get 60 minutes of physical activity AND 9 hours of sleep per day.

I would change the "required" classes to be actual classes that are needed, like a tax class, self defence, and establishing a job
