He's got nothing. Federal Judges can only decide on state cases when the state supreme court cases have been appealed. There hasn't even been a state supreme court hearing yet.

Ignoring valid evidences of corruptions does not make Judge Bilbo right, it makes him corrupt. He is a federal judge who is violating the 10 amendment by trying to affect state law. ONLY the state legislators can affect state election law. That power is given to them under the 2nd article of the U.S. Constitution. NO ONE in the judiciary at any level of government has the right to make law, yet Democrats have perverted that for decades. It is the only way they can force their will on the American people.

The case being put forth is valid and real. Sweeping it under the right will not make the truth go away.

The evidence is valid. The push to cover up massive voter fraud extends to every Democrat and establishment Republican. Both have been using voter fraud to change election results for decades. More so in the Democrat party.

That is because the Democrat party follows Saul Alinsky's "the ends justify the means". The only problem with that is that the Democrat party is NOT fighting the good fight. Where did you get that idea. Most of the people on this site voted for Trump. I'm a member of the Constitution Party. I voted for Darrell Castle because I thought Trump was a joke. I thought he was a Democrat plant. He was a Democrat his entire life and then became an independent about a couple of years before he decided to run for president and that's when he became a Republican. Early in his campaign he was promoting his Socialist government run health care plan that was supposed to be better than anything the Democrats planned. It was going to be yuge. That scared the crap out of me.

He supported Bill Clinton's "assault" rifle ban. That scared me also.

So I didn't vote for him. Everyone else that I know who is Republican (with the exception of my wife who is still a Republican) voted for him. All I want is an investigation. An honest investigation. Democrats want to quickly sweep this all under the rug. They are scared to death that 1) Trump might actually be the legitimate next president and 2) (and this is the most important issue) is the fact that their decades of voter fraud might come to an end.

It is vastly more important to me that a Democrat win any race legitimately than keeping all Democrats out of power and control (and I do mean power and control because Democrats are authoritarian statists, much, much, much worse than any Republican).
