besides the point. tell me, if all lives matter, why do you support death penalty?

Are you seriously trying to equate random police shootings with putting convicted murderers, who get a trial and multiple appeals, to death?

I believe an unborn baby is innocent. And a murderer is not.

I come from a state where people on death row kept being proved innocent after years living under the shadow of death.

If given the chance you would've executed [insert bad guy here]

I'm not completely against the death penalty, but I want an very high bar to keep innocent people from bar executed.

I want a very high bar for convicting a man of rape. But we all can't have what we want.
