No...read the words slowly and carefully and think about them - IF the vaccine announcements WOULD HAVE come out BEFORE the election then Trump would have won in a landslide.

His point being that the first announcement in actuality came out six days AFTER the election. A vaccine that's 90% effective and all ready except for approval. Another six days AFTER that another announcement for a vaccine that's 95% effective, same thing, ready to go. Operation Warp Speed is a rousing success for America, just a few days too late to help Trump get reelected.
