Is it condemnable if I vote out people who accuse me wrong ?

Sometimes. If they have actual proof (that they think is right) like “they faked download, it took them more than 25 seconds when the download is 9 seconds. Then down vote them.

But if they accuse you wrong like “Green vented” when you didnt or just saying “green” or whatever color you prefer, then you can vote them

That is common since it usually doesn't cause problems and can catch a impostor.
