Oh, I see. Well, the campaign that I described is what is going on. I had to unfollow the stream because I was getting 30-60 notifications every day telling me that userXYZ followed the MS_MEMER stream.

i am not a mod so i see none of that. all i know is that there are alts with names like cloud.is.a.sl.ut

Multiple. It's quite unlikely that one person keeps making alternate accounts throughout the day. There are almost 50 followers a day, usually during work hours. So it's obvious the spammers are students, but that much information is irrelevant. All we need to know is that there is one person spamming these alts. Possibly even the creator to boost this stream.
