A prez chooses there own vp
Elections are every two months, I'm pretty sure the next one is January

Whatever he/she wants. I was the first prez on this stream. You gather allies, I asked the troopers to help me when needed, and when anyone ever needed help, whether emotional, or imgflippial, I was there to help. I still do it without the title, but it gave a bit more power to what I said. Each president can do what they'd like tho.
