This setting was actually supposed to be editable after your image is featured too, but it was accidentally blocked. We just pushed a change that allows anyone to change the Disable Comments and Anonymous settings on their images at any time. The title, tags, and NSFW setting cannot be changed after the image is featured due to them being abusable by users inserting vulgarity after-the-fact.
