Take into account the violent crime rates. Black people commit far more violent crime than white people. People who commit violent crime are more likely to have violent interactions with the police.

I see facts. People of African descent commit far more anti-social violence in the U.S. than other groups. THIS IS A FACT, YOU SELF-RIGHTEOUS ASSHOLE.

I see facts too: Blacks are less likely to have a father in the home, more likely to be molested, raped, and get on drugs before the age of eighteen, more likely to drop out of school, make less money even when their education (or lack of it) is on par with white co-workers, more likely to be committed and then exonerated of crimes they did not commit.
