You need to learn some maths. 30 names out of 10,000 is a tiny sampling that is very inaccurate.
Example: you pull 3 black or white marbles out of 10, two are black. Therefore 66% or more should be black right? Well it turns out that 5 are black and 5 are white. In order to get accurate results you must draw a certain percentage of the total out at random.
