Thinking about it. Using proper terminology, hot melt glue re-solidifies when it returns to its static state. The temperature doesn't go below ambient unless the ambient is cold. So, you're wrong. Now if you wish to use semantics, the glue becomes "cold" to the touch after it re-solidifies from its molten state.
