I personally oppose banning any users from this stream, although I'm fine with removing them from Congress. But you're the President, so it's your choice. (My main account has a comment timer btw).

Also The biggest reason I banned was the Alt Accounts stuff which was Entrapta and not Kioshua, I was taking precautions banning them all, but the biggest evidence right now is against Entrapta.

And most bans will only last 1 to 2 weeks unless where the President reserves the right to not approve memes in stream and the right to delete Comments if they see fit and if a Congress memeber is involved no voting rights until ban is over
