I finally finished the election plan

Elections:
Presidential: Every 3 months the presidential election will happen. It will take one month. In the first election all of the candidates will run independently.

Parties: But if people want to form a party they must make a petition and get 10 signatures. Also each party must have 3 basic beliefs (example: popular user privilege is a problem, homophobic comments should be deleted, and you shouldn’t advertise streams in comments.)

Presidential continued: in the first 15 days of the month the candidates will campaign. On the 15th day there will be the first election. The different parties will finish their primaries (the election coordinator will create a meme/link to the primary election for each party.) the winner of the primary’s will go to the finals. If an independent candidate wants to go to the finals they must get 5 votes from an “independent poll” (which the election coordinator makes) (the election coordinator has to put every independent candidate in the independent poll”) if there are still over 4 candidates by the end of the end of the primary then on the 20th day of the month there will be another election and the people on the ballot will be the people who won the primary (or advanced on the independent poll), the top four candidates after the second election will advance to the finals.

Finals: in the final 15 (or 10) days the final candidates will campaign until the 28th day. There will be 2 days for the voters to vote. The winner becomes president on the 31st (or first day of the next month).

February: if the presidential election is in February then it’s the exact same schedule except the final election is moved back two days.

The congressional election is the exact same thing except the second place candidate also wins.

The president gets to have 3 months as president and the congress also gets 3 months.
The first election will be the presidential election and it will start on December 1st.

The Supreme Court and election coordinator will be chosen by the president.

To make this official one of the owners must comment something.

I’m gonna split this up into three different comments not including this one

Responsibilities:
President: the president will become a mod of the stream (all mods who don’t have a government position will be removed) the president must choose the Supreme Court members and the election coordinator. The president can veto any bills that are trying to become law.

Vice President: the Vice President basically acts as a tie breaker vote for the congress.

Supreme Court members: the Supreme Court members (SCM for short) settle any disputes. Here are two examples:
1. Say a guy named Bob is bullying a another guy named Sam. If Sam (or someone who saw Bob bullying) wants Bob the get banned from the stream he can ask an elected (congress person president Vice President) Government official to create a Supreme Court case. After the government official makes the case they can collect witnesses for the case. Once the president sees the case they will set a two day time period (example: December 2nd through December 3rd) for the case to happen. Also Bob could hire another imgfliper to help him win the case. On day three of the case the Supreme Court judges will vote on the case (example: December 4th) If bob wins nothing changes and if Sam wins Bob will be banned from the stream.
2. If there is a huge argument the Supreme Court can settle the argument.

The Supreme Court members are chosen by the president

Congress person: congress people are voted into office by and basically just vote on bills.

Election coordinator: election coordinators are chosen by the president. The election coordinator’s job is to coordinate the election for example the election coordinator can extend or decrease the voting period. The election coordinator (is basically my job) also can change how we vote each year. The election coordinator also has the protect the election from voter fraud. The election coordinator can be voted out of office by the Supreme Court if voter fraud happens.

how to impeach a sitting president. first a bill must pass through the congress to officially impeach the president but to remove them from office the bill has to pass through supreme court. the impeachment bill is like any normal bill and it take 25 signatures.

how a bill becomes law. here is a step my step guide showing how a bill becomes law:
1. a citizen starts a petition: A citizen can start a petition. It needs two things to become a bill 1. a congress person or the president must sponsor the petition to make it a bill. 2. the petition also needs 15 signatures. NOTE: a signature = one upvote
2. after the petition gets 15 signatures and a sponsor it becomes a bill. to pass a bill the bill needs to get 2 votes from congress people to pass.
2 1/2: everyone bill needs to have a 1 day voting period for example you could schedule the bill for December 16th through December 17th.
3. if the Congress passes the bill then the president gets to choose if they want to veto it. if the president Veto's the bill the bill is forgotten about and not passed. if the president doesn't veto the bill then the bill is passed and there will be a new law. if you want to reverse a law the process is the exact same.
