3. Yes, this will be Obama's third term.
4. Yes, they think that other countries are more important than our own citizens, even though it's our infrastructure and processes that created and manufactured the vaccine (the Obama doctrine of "you didn't build that" on a global scale).
5. Makes me wonder, at this point, what the criteria will be for vaccine distribution in the U.S. Will registered Republicans be the last in line?

#4 pretty much bombs your entire argument - the vaccine candidate we currently have was developed between Pfizer and Biontech, in Germany, with no US federal dollars.

Newsweek and CNBC are just repeating what Alex Azar, a lying Trump appointee, was telling them.

He, of course, is attempting to conflate HHS's $1.95B open order for doses of a vaccine with the funding provided to the companies for development - but again, he's a liar and it's to be expected.

Of course, if you read the entire article, you'd know this since it's specifically stated:
