Because votes were being counted right near the windows. Private voter information was being photographed & videoed by people outside. Media and poll watchers from both sides were inside the room. But go ahead and believe what makes you feel better.

Don't know what is or isn't on a ballot in PA, but in CO it's anonymous except for your signature.Not sure what kind of "Private voter information" might be on a ballot besides that.
