We need to appear as f'd up as possible in counting votes. When should we count mail-in ballots? PA REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURE 18-MONTHS AGO; the day after; a week later; or, we could just count them as they come in; DEM GOV. REPUB #1; REPUB #2
