yes! harassment may or may not be a crime, i dont know, but i think if someone commits suicide and they investigate that they had this bully, the bully should be investigated. its pretty much indirect murder.

Great question. The think tank takes comments and posting seriously, and we mod things closely to make sure things remain respectful. Part of that is ensuring the contributors are loyal to the site, it keeps people from overwhelming the stream with alt or throwaway accounts. We assume that if a user has been around long enough to log in for a month and rack up 10k points, they are loyal enough to post here. Make sense?
