LOL, nice of you to falsely assume where I got my info from and then get the basic facts wrong. The court ruled in this manner agreeing with Trump's lawsuit in one state and issued a court order to allow observations.

Still, the point of the meme is that Trump called for all voting to be stopped at 2:20 AM. Polls usually close around 6PM, so all of the votes have been cast. So far he's been claiming fraud up one side and down the other, but so far, the only fraud I've seen is his statements.

Actually by the judges ruling they where not actually allowed to observe, and I don't see (and after not even bothering to look) it therefore it doesn't exist is flawed reasoning.
