Technically all the examples is an expression of free speech and shouldn't be prohibited. People just simply don't find this stuff offensive, they want it stopped. Which is completely unconstitutional by the way. Just another example of how the right is guilty of the same thing as the left. Whatever happened to I don't agree with what you say but I defend your right to say it? That's what the First Amendment is about and what America was like. Have fun getting both sides to see their faults though.
