Let me tell you which ones I'm against, The first 2 which don't even seem to even make sense on the surface. But on the surface I don't see how/why the blanket of "all" should be applied.
For example if getting a speeding ticket is victimless which the majority of the time it is then is she saying they would abolish such things in the repeal? And Felony crimes, havent' they already in effect put means for people who are non violent to be released whether with victim or not?
I think some people would read the message and need more explanation immediately. She needs to clarify and simplify her message.

As for ending the "failed war" on drugs, what about the other failed wars on all other crimes, none of which have ceased to be after being declared illegal and imprisonable offenses?

NYC went from being the safest big city in the US to one with murder and other crimes skyrocketing to levels unseen in decades. This was on account of a new policy releasing those charged with certain crimes without bail early this year plus letting many out of prison so that they won't - get this - spread Covid to each other when that hit. Because it's so much better to have them kill folks on the outside rather than get each other sick behind bars.
Does this mean we might as well not imprison them because curtailing criminal only gives the illusion of reduction of crime and rehabilitation is a fantasy?

Up to a point, I can get behind the End the war on drugs and End of civil asset forfeiture ideas. The first, as far as it pertains to naturally grown drugs (marijuana, mushrooms and non-bastardized opium). The second in general practice (as opposed as compensation for victims). Theft is theft, whatever shiny packaging local and federal agencies might present it. And criminals have families, too. I find it highly unethical to take legally obtained assets from anyone with dependents.

One of the non-plusses of meeting people while drinking in the park is that they tend to do other drugs as well and a lot and one by one you get to watch them die off over the years.
That's what happened to me when I got an apartment in the 90s. Lucky for me I quite drinking in 96.
Granted, my friends were hardcore cases, but that doesn't excuse drugs from deleterious effects they bring. Other negative impacts as well - family, not working, stealing, hooking, depression and other psychological maladies, etc.
Compare that to Mormons, who won't even smoke tobacco or drink tea - longest average lifespan in the US.
Cocaine is also naturally grown, but that doesn't stop a woman in her 30s looking like 70s and selling her mouth for $5 or less for the honorable title of "Pipe Job" or "Crack Ho"

Ending civil asset forfeiture for the reasons you gave does make sense tho.
