But most lockdowns are executive orders and not even laws and should be challenged in the courts.

Right, Mayors and Governors need to be sued out of their mansions.

Government officials generally have immunity to those types of lawsuits.

With that mentality, it's a wonder humankind survived any kind of plague.

Well, we have.

I don't believe any government ever locked down like this before. Those that believe the shelter in place, masks and social distancing are necessary should do thatand leave everyone else alone.

The ones who don't want to shelter in place or wear masks or social distance are the ones who should leave everyone else alone.

You want the power to make others bow to your wishes, whereas I want to all ow you to do and live as you please.

Which view is tyrannical?

Since people have always had that mentality, generally, and humankind has still flourished, it's a wonder you think all these interventions are necessary, suddenly, in 2020. Why now? More people died last year from tuberculosis. Why are you only now just starting to cry? The flu is more dangerous for children than is COVID-19. Why no school closures, last year, for flu season?
