A little punctuation would be nice. I am not sure what you are saying. Here is what I think you are trying to say: Trump wins there is war. Biden wins there is war. The MAGA plan to clean house [means that] we [are] all held back for 4 [more] years. The rages comes [if Trump is re-elected].
I agree there is going to be a war. It won't matter who wins. The war has actually already begun with Antifa and BLM burning buildings, rioting, looting, beating and killing people. But right now it is a one sided war and it is only being fought in very liberal cities. It is one sided, meaning that Antifa/BLM are the only ones fighting. No one is fight back against them.
The hatred coming out of the left (and leftist groups like Antifa and BLM) will only get worse even if Biden wins. The haters are not going to stop hating just because their guy won. If Trump wins they'll go ballistic.
Eventually the Americans who are not part of the Communist Hate Regimes (Antifa and BLM) are going to just get sick and tired of the riots and fight back. Especially if the Antifa/BLM cowards ever dared to step foot in a conservative city. They're safe burning down liberal cities as long as city governments are controlled by Democrats.
