Question: speaking of being a Dad, dad of cats, what kind of parent would try to sneak into the country (meaning the US, since "the country" probably means something else to you) and once separated from their child(ren), leave them in US govt custody when the US govt (see, I helped you out there.. twice.) wants to reunite the children with their parents?

Answer: People who aren't really the kids' parents. Coyotes, etc.

I'll gladly jump on the 'most govts are corrupt, or at least have a great deal of corruption' bandwagon, but the country itself, which has to mean the people, right? How is that determined? And if you can define it, what is it about America's people that makes America corrupt?
