Obesity rate and transmission rate are mutually exclusive. Obesity may adversely affect the outcome of a COVID infection, but it doesn’t contribute to the transmission of it.

Trump could and should have created an executive order for a national mask-wearing mandate. He chose not to and played down the danger, needlessly putting people in harm’s way. Now, he wants to be rewarded for his recklessness.
