Obamacare merely added millions to a broken system. It didn't address cost. That means it just added customers and income for the insurers. A cash grab, suggesting that Obama and Biden were in the pockets of the healthcare industry.
Another possibility is that it was intended to fail in a way that made single payer the only solution. Maybe it was both!
