its almost what the flat earthers do, except they shout " dont trust the scientists"

Although the meme doesn't say, basically I read this meme (and I think it is intended as) a subtle attack on climate science, public health officials, vaccines, etc., and those in the public and the government who support them.

These things command widespread scientific support, and yet, critics will describe anyone who accepts this science as being an unthinking sheep or part of a bandwagon (see right side of meme).

Totally ignoring the fact that it's not enough to tear down someone else's theory because you don't like its social implications or whatever: You have to offer a better alternative.

Skeptics too ought to be subject to scientific rigor: and when you do that, the vast majority of the time the skeptic theory collapses.
