Never watched anime before

I recommend watching jojo after you get the hang of it, in part one it’s just slow telling you how every thing happened in future parts, and part two is just utter chaos...

I mean... I recommend someone MHA once to just the get the hang of watching anime. So... I guess watch that.

I recommend Ouran High school Host Club, you would know all the anime tropes and it only has one season so it's short.

If you haven't watched Pokémon, maybe watch the older seasons. But other than Pokémon, I'd recommend these anime, since they are mostly kid friendly/pg-13

Yeah I started watching it. I'm on episode 3. It has a mixture of comedy and fighting which i really enjoy. I see why people like this show

If you like horror: soul eater, the haunted house, toilet bound hanako kun

If you like sci fi: assassination classroom, sword art online, my hero academia can be considered sci fi

If you like comedy: all anime fit, but ouran high school host club and the devil is a part timer do it best in my opinion

Just want an adventure anime: naruto and my hero academia are the classics

I personally fit into the first category I started with the haunted house and soul eater
