Life with ASD:
Teacher: "Man. It's raining cats and dogs out there."
Me at age 5-17: "Neither cats nor dogs are falling from the sky. Why are you saying that?"
Teacher: "It's a figure of speech."
My view of the teacher as a person that understands and has mastery over the most complex and incomprehensible mysteries of the universe.
