NOPE!

To clarify, in the US you can never be turned away from an emergency room. Its been this way for decades. Hospitals for decades have set aside a certain amount of money to take care of those that can't afford it.
However you cannot compel others to pay for your healthcare. That is not a fundamental human right.

While that may be true, it is also true that you can be denied a bed in a hospital if the hospital is privately owned and you have no way to pay for it (i.e., no insurance).
