Fascism is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe. The first fascist movements emerged in Italy during World War I, before spreading to other European countries. Opposed to liberalism, Marxism, and anarchism, fascism is placed on the far right within the traditional left–right spectrum.*
to make it simple it is a ideology that believes in government control and wants to control the people and what they can do. as you can see antifa is a organization that claims to fight fascism, while telling others that if they dont agree with them they will suffer. a example of this is the nazi party, they killed and jailed politicians and people for not agree and/ or speaking out against them to make them look bad.
if you say trump is a fascist im sorry but the things he does are not even close. he wants to lessen certain laws and lower taxes, something that is anti fascist or 100% against their ideals as a fascist.
the democratic party has shown support in raising taxes, banning and enforcing stricter laws and making more laws, and will cancels or silences what hurts them. all of these characteristics are fascist and if you dont believe me, ill give you a example. twitter, run by a democratic CEO censored articles exposing hunter biden. if these were to spread more it would make democratic candidate elect joe biden look bad and thier party bad, so getting rid of it would be better.
fascists hate the truth that hurts them and want to stop it from spreading so cancel culture is their way.
* in the first paragraph, i referred to left and right wing as a political ideology between communism and fascism not democratic and republican
