I know what the main vector of the plague was and what the story is based on, I just don't get the joke you're trying to make as it still leaves the vector in the city.

Leading Democrats out of the City like Rats, also something the pied piper led out of the city with music. This was intended to be Trump Joke without Trump in it, I was hoping someone would understand the moral of the story behind the pied piper and not just the story. Like democrats understand the story but the moral behind the story. Hope I cleared up the image, God bless.

I didn't know that Republicans taught moral lessons on the political landscape. Did some digging, here's a couple good ones...
