Oversaturated work markets tend to lead to bad employment practices, aswell as lousy employment.

General rule of thumb is that you need many more jobs available than people looking for employment. If that gets fixed then the issue (plus 100's more) start to go away.

There can be many more jobs available if they weren't being shipped overseas or given to illegals. There's only one person in the company who wins from doing that.
