Surprisingly i never thought about the Supreme Court until the 'online tax across statelines' came up and i just started selling 3D models. The case caught my eye and i felt that the Supreme court leaned left most my lifetime and knew what the outcome would be. I think you are on point because it seems that most conservatives are constitutionalist.

I want a conservative majority on the court because I suspect that that they are likely to act as a brake against the frenetic pace of social change and progressivism that I see today. I am not against change or progress, but I believe that changes to the law should occur only after careful consideration of firm, well constructed arguments. It should not occur as a result of some populist whim or social trend. Let Congresses and Presidents be progressive, innovative and creative. Let them think long and hard about proposed changes to the law knowing that the Supreme Court will overturn fluff.
