The purpose of flags is to either change an image to NSFW, disapprove it, or delete it. So, by definition, the only reasons for flagging should be things that would lead to those actions. The current list should have all possible reasons for that, but if you think one is missing please let us know which one and we'll consider adding it.

when you falg a meme thes are the options:NSFW,wrong sream,spam and abuse but if its none of those the there should bu an "other" option
