I can only assume, Manhattan, that you don't live here in Corruptifornia, right?
Because if you did, you'd know that ballot harvesting is 100% legal here. And, the Democrat sponsored law that legalized it does not prescribe how the ballots are to be secured between being "collected" and when they're delivered to election officials for counting. You see, they wanted to ensure built-in voter fraud here in Corruptifornia, and by gawd, they've succeeded.
Accordingly, the Taxifornia GOP has told our klown of an AG, Xavier Becerra, to go pound sand.
They're saying they will be ignoring his cease and desist letter, as they should.
Go ahead and sue them, Becerra, and good luck with arguing that your own corrupt snowflake law shouldn't be enforced, but only as it applies to republicans.
