I'm in an area that had very little in the way of a lockdown (well, people don't take much notice).

Work closed for 2 weeks back in February and that was it. Everything's pretty much the same. Complete lack of mass graves, panic and poverty.. most places with quarantines have been massively more effected.

Hmm... your area didn't seem to listen to the Experts(TM).

My dim governor is directly blaming Trump rallies on increased cases while ignoring the declining death rate. We've been in heavy restriction and hardly opened back up but now threatening complete lockdown again due planned Trump rally. Science and data, science and data, ignore the WHO and international scientists, look at our graph. I think the coordinated efforts of democrat leaders to try to link the covid numbers to conservative events is because after the election they will say the numbers are dropping because these events have stopped.

I get the feeling they're trying to get Kamala Harris as president, COVID numbers suddenly drop, everyone reopens, people with fishbowl memories will worship Democrats again, Iran will be paid off once again, and people will continue to drive America into a destructive, one-world government.

Unfortunately that sounds pretty likely. Even with a Trump victory the agenda will still be moving forward. Not sure what is worse, the sheep or the shepherds.
