I love having days off but Columbus sucks and it's a bad holiday

So, first off, most people DO have Columbus Day off, and second, Columbus was a terrible person and wanting to honor him with a holiday is wrong. In Maine we changed it to Indigenous People's Day to honor all of the innocents that he cruelly slaughtered. Though in my opinion we should still have a Columbus Day, but it should be for talking about how much of a jerk he was.
